Journey of the Atreidae
serving Intrinsic Nature release 11 (Featured piece)

This is probably one of the most time consuming pieces i've ever done... I put alot of work into this so make sure to look at all the detail! Alot of people dont notice the camels and people on the bridge to the temple ;)

This is about technology vs religion, or traditions. I feel that even when the human race has achieved technology that will be able to get us anywhere, let us do anything we want, many will still follow the traditions of their ancestors... the power of religion and tradition will always live on.

Vue, Cinema 4D, Zbrush, Wacom Intuos

Check out the epic release here:

Another amazing environment!
By the way, I'm really curious about how good and how far Vue can do, for real. I know Avatar is using this software, but I can't find how exactly CGI team use it. And recently I just know/learn one fact, in 3D industry/area, there's too many thing can change the final result, if one of it goes wrong and everything will looks like a piece of trash, very miserable. 3D is a extremely crucial/fundamental needed skill, so basic on this reason, I can never judge Vue just by those youtube video who have less of skill, I need a professional artist to be my reference.
Okay, can Vue export .obj with map and so on? If it can be, how much detail this obj will have? It does not matter how good Vue render is, I know I just need to import it in C4D and render it out, maybe use Vray and it will look freaking awesome lol.

I really like the look of this as soon as I saw it I knew there had to be some epic story behind it. the scenery just lends itself to have a story accompanying it. I could see it in some movie.  Great job!:D (Big Grin)
